Information collected automatically: When you visit our websites, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and date and time of visits via cookies and analytics tools.

Information from third-party sources: We may receive information from analytics providers, social media platforms, and business intelligence tools we use to operate our Services.

WENOTIFT is headquartered in Indonesia and may process your data using service providers in other countries including the United States, Singapore, South Korea, and EU member states. When we transfer personal data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including standard contractual clauses where required.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Contact and inquiry data is retained for up to 3 years from your last interaction. Cultiq platform account data is retained for the duration of your account and up to 2 years after closure. Analytics data is retained per our analytics providers policies (typically 14–26 months). Legal and financial records are retained as required by Indonesian law.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@wenotift.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access a copy of your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; restrict processing; receive your data in a portable format; object to processing based on legitimate interests; withdraw consent at any time; and request human review of automated decisions.
