Answers, and a person when there is not one.
Search it, or browse by which side of a deal you are on. Nothing here is a chatbot: if the answer you need is not on this page, email the desk and someone who works on the record replies.

A request opens a record. The record carries its own reference, its current stage, every document attached to it, the messages about it and the list of commitments with who has stamped each one. The desk works from that record and so do you, which is why neither side has to email for an update.
Five steps: your company, your markets and goals, the commercial range you are working in, the rights and timeline on offer, and your materials. It saves as you go, so you can leave it and come back, and it is available in English and Korean.
Received, In Review, Proposal, Approval and Activation. If the desk needs more from you, the request shows Awaiting Details within In Review. Each stage carries a note saying what is needed next and whose turn it is.
On who your audience actually is and which categories they buy from, not on who happens to be in a contact list. The shortlist arrives with its reasoning attached, so you can argue with it. A person from the desk reviews it before anything goes out.
No. Scena builds a deck from your request, in English and Korean, and brands on Vella can download one generated from your listing. If the record is right, the deck is right.
Yes. Scena is a dashboard, not a single deal. Every request you have open sits on it with its stage, and documents stay attached to the deal they belong to.
Yes: one WENOTIFT account, and sign-up is free. Brands create it at patron.wenotift.com/register, with email or Google. Requests, proposals and the letter are worked in Vella; once the letter is signed, the partnership runs in Patron.
Go to patron.wenotift.com/signin and use “Forgot password?”, or “Email me a link instead” to get a sign-in link. It is one WENOTIFT account, so the same sign-in then works on Vella and Scena too.
The desk files the letter in Vella’s Proposals once the quote is agreed. You read it and sign it by typing your name, WENOTIFT countersigns, and the partnership moves to Patron with the signed copy attached.
Every benefit has a stamp only you can apply. The WENOTIFT desk marks it delivered with the proof attached; you confirm it in Patron, or dispute it. A confirmed row cannot be edited afterwards.
The rows you confirmed, and nothing else. Every line on it is one you already signed off, which is the point: it is a record rather than a recap written by the people asking to be renewed.
Partners create a Scena account at scena.wenotift.com/register. Brands create a Patron account at patron.wenotift.com/register, or sign in with Google at patron.wenotift.com/signin. For anything else, email partnership@wenotift.com.
Partnerships are commercial conversations, so the terms are set on the deal rather than published as a price list. Email partnership@wenotift.com with what you are working on and a person answers with real numbers.
There is no public API today, so nothing here claims one. If a record needs to reach a system you already run, say which system and what you need out of it when you email the desk, and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible now or not at all yet.
Cultiq is the entertainment intelligence behind the matching, and it is also sold on its own at cultiq.app, with a catalogue of 1,000+ artists and the eight dimensions of FitMatrix. The two brands stay standalone; Cultiq is bought separately at cultiq.app.
Vella is the sponsor exchange. Partners list open inventory, which the WENOTIFT desk reviews before brands can see it, and brands browse the published listings and send a request. There is no separate Vella sign-up: sign in at vella.wenotift.com/signin with the account you use for Scena or Patron.
The desk is staffed by people, not a queue with an SLA, and we would rather not publish a response time we cannot hold to every week. If something is time-critical, say so in the subject line and it is read first. A published support window will go here once one is set.
Your side of a deal is seen by you and the WENOTIFT desk, not by other partners or other brands. What crosses between a partner and a brand goes through the desk on Vella. What WENOTIFT collects and how long it is kept is set out in the privacy policy.
WENOTIFT Inc is an AI-native entertainment intelligence company, incorporated in Delaware and headquartered at 28 Geary Street, Suite 650, San Francisco, California 94108, United States.
Coverage is separate from where we are based. Deals run across the United States and APAC, including South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, India and Australia. K-pop leads.
No. An agency sells its relationships and its hours. WENOTIFT is the software a partnership runs on, with a desk of people who work the record. The difference, line by line, is on the comparison page.
The software finds, scores and drafts. A person reviews every shortlist, negotiates the money and signs every deal. Nothing is agreed automatically and no money moves without a human.
Go straight there.
Something urgent, or something about an open deal? Email partnership@wenotift.com with the record reference in the subject line and it is read first. A published support window and a response time will be added here once the desk sets them.
