Two things are sold here and they are priced differently. Cultiq is a subscription. Reports, strategy and partnership work are quoted against your brief and approved in writing before anything is charged.

TWO WAYS WE CHARGE
A subscription, or a scoped engagement.
Which one applies depends on what you are buying, not on who you are. Both are set out in section 7 of the Terms, and this is the plain-language version of it.
Subscription
CultiqAccess to the Cultiq workspace, billed in advance and renewing until you stop it. Cultiq is in private beta for 2026.
HOW IT WORKS
- Billed in advance, monthly or annually

- Price changes apply from your next renewal, never retroactively

Do you publish a price list?+
Not on this page. Engagements have no standard list price, because scope, market coverage and term differ for every client — you get a figure in an order form or written proposal, and nothing is charged until you accept it. For Cultiq subscription plans, email hello@wenotift.com and you will be told the plan price before you are asked to commit.
How am I charged?+
Cultiq plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Engagements are invoiced as the order form sets out. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; WENOTIFT does not receive or store your full card details, and charges appear under the WENOTIFT Inc name rather than a product name.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. Cancel from within the product or email hello@wenotift.com to stop the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, with no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
What is the refund policy?+
Except where required by law, subscription periods and delivered engagement work are non-refundable, because access and deliverables are provided in full for the period charged. We refund duplicate charges, charges made in error, and charges for services we did not make available — without argument. Write to hello@wenotift.com within 30 days of the charge.
Can prices change?+
We may change prices with notice. Any change applies from your next renewal and never to a period you have already paid for.
