Scripta — AI meeting workspace
Scripta is a web application at scripta.cloud. You bring a transcript or notes from a meeting that has already happened, and Scripta produces a summary, records the decisions with their reasoning, and turns commitments into action items with owners and dates — inside a shared workspace with per-role access.
It does not record meetings and no bot joins your call. Nothing is charged until you choose a paid plan; the Free plan needs no card.

Cultiq — entertainment intelligence
Cultiq is WENOTIFT’s AI-native entertainment intelligence platform at cultiq.app, where brands, labels, agencies and promoters run entertainment partnerships — artist discovery, brand-fit scoring, market and tour intelligence, and partnership facilitation. There is more detail on the Cultiq page.
Cultiq has no list price. Platform access, intelligence reports, strategy and partnership facilitation are quoted per engagement, because scope, market coverage and term differ for every client. The price is set out in an order form, statement of work or written proposal that you accept before any charge is made. To get a quote, write to hello@wenotift.com.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
What you are charged
Scripta plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in United States dollars, and renew automatically until cancelled. An annual plan is charged once for twelve months at 20% less than twelve monthly payments. Amounts are exclusive of tax, which is added where applicable. Cultiq engagements are invoiced as set out in the order form you accept before any charge is made.
How you are charged
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. WENOTIFT does not receive or store your full card details. The charge appears on your statement under the WENOTIFT Inc name rather than under a product name, because WENOTIFT Inc is the company you are contracting with for both products.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time, from inside the product or by writing to hello@wenotift.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term on any Scripta plan.
Refunds
Except where required by law, payments for subscription periods and for delivered engagement work are non-refundable, because access is provided immediately and in full for the period charged. We refund, without argument, any amount charged in error, any duplicate charge, and any charge for a service we did not make available to you. Write to hello@wenotift.com within 30 days of the charge with the date and amount.
Price changes
We may change prices with notice. A change applies from your next renewal and never to a period you have already paid for.
This is a summary. The binding version is section 7 of the Terms & Conditions, and nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
