Refund Policy
Overview
WENOTIFT provides strategic advisory, cultural strategy, and entertainment-related services that are customised, time-based, and knowledge-driven. As such, all services are provided on a non-refundable basis, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
No Refunds on Services
All fees paid to WENOTIFT are non-refundable once an engagement has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:

Strategic advisory and consulting services

Cultural strategy development

Brand collaboration and ambassadorship advisory

Entertainment partnership structuring

Market assessment and evaluation work

Event planning, advisory, or execution services
Due to the bespoke nature of our work, time, resources, and expertise are committed immediately upon engagement.
Project Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel a project or engagement after commencement:

No refunds will be issued for work completed or in progress

Any outstanding fees for agreed milestones or deliverables may remain payable, as outlined in the engagement agreement
Specific cancellation terms, if applicable, will be defined in the relevant contract or statement of work.
